By submitting an order, checking the policy acknowledgement, or commissioning services through Genstic (operating publicly as Genstic Studio), you enter into a binding commercial contract governed by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

The business is legally operated by Jagajyoti Kar. Studio operations, visual production, creative direction, and technical architecture are founded and led by Subhasis Kar (Founder & Creative Director).

Genstic delivers specialized digital creative services across five core disciplines:

• AI Image Production: Commercial key visual production, product photography, editorial campaign art, and brand imagery.
• AI Video Production: Cinematic brand films, short-form motion creative, product animations, and visual storytelling.
• AI Ad Creative: Performance-focused paid social ad creative suites, hook variations, and multi-format static/video sets.
• Website Production: Bespoke, responsive website design, design systems, and custom frontend software engineering.
• Content Production: Strategic brand voice systems, editorial copywriting, and content frameworks.

Eligibility: Our services are offered strictly to business entities, commercial enterprises, and individuals who have reached the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction (18+ in India) with full authority to enter into binding commercial contracts.

Timely, high-fidelity creative output requires active client collaboration. The client agrees to:

• Provide clear creative specifications, visual moodboards, brand identity guidelines, and reference assets during onboarding.
• Confirm that all materials, product images, brand trademarks, and copy provided to Genstic are owned by the client or properly licensed.
• Provide prompt written feedback and revision requests within structured production rounds.

All package prices are authoritatively stated in Indian Rupees (INR), with estimated United States Dollar (USD) figures provided for international convenience.

When Work Begins: A project officially enters active production only after: (1) payment confirmation is received, (2) Genstic communicates directly with the client via email or WhatsApp, (3) necessary creative brief requirements and reference assets are provided, and (4) creative artists initiate active production work.

Structured Revisions: Each package tier includes a defined number of structured revision cycles (Core: 1 round, Growth: 2 rounds, Signature: 3 rounds). Revision requests must align with the original project brief. Fundamental changes to project direction, new features, or entirely new creative briefs will be quoted separately.

Digital Delivery: Finished work is delivered 100% digitally through secure download links, client cloud drives, or source repositories. Genstic does not operate physical delivery or shipping services.

Our commercial refund policy is grounded in fairness and transparency:

• Cancellation Before Work Begins: You may cancel your order before studio production has commenced, and an applicable refund will be processed.
• Cancellation During Active Production: If you cancel while work is in progress, an 80% refund of the applicable amount will be issued to account for initial artistic direction and labor expended.
• No Refunds After Final Delivery: Once agreed master deliverables (high-resolution images, final videos, website source files, or copy) have been transmitted to you, all sales are strictly final and non-refundable.
• Inability to Deliver: If Genstic is unable to fulfill your commissioned deliverables, we will notify you and may offer a revised schedule extension. If you decline the extension, an applicable refund will be initiated within 8 business days.

Upon receipt of full payment, Genstic grants the client full, perpetual commercial usage rights to utilize, reproduce, display, and publish the final delivered assets for digital, marketing, advertising, and commercial business applications.

Source files (such as layer-isolated PSD master composites or React source code) are included strictly where specified by the selected package tier. Third-party typefaces, audio synchronization licenses, and open-source libraries remain subject to their respective third-party license terms. We respect client confidentiality. Genstic maintains a strict permission-based portfolio policy:

For website production commissions, Genstic designs and engineers custom, responsive frontend software. Unless a separate ongoing management agreement is explicitly executed in writing:

• Ongoing domain name registration and annual renewal fees remain the client's sole commercial responsibility.
• Ongoing cloud server hosting, database hosting, and CDN costs (e.g., Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare) are the responsibility of the client.
• Genstic is not an ongoing domain registrar and does not provide shared web hosting reseller services.

AI Model Disclaimers: Genstic utilizes advanced generative AI systems augmented with rigorous human creative direction, manual Photoshop compositing, and professional editing. We do not promise guaranteed photorealism or identical micro-facial consistency across long complex scenes without custom-trained pipelines.

Advertising Creative Scope: Our AI Ad Creative service refers strictly to creative asset production. Advertising media spend, ad account buying budgets, ad network policy approvals, and platform compliance (Meta, Google, TikTok) are managed directly by the client and are strictly excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Genstic’s total cumulative liability arising out of or related to any project shall be strictly limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific service tier commissioned. Genstic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential business losses, including lost sales, loss of advertising accounts, or third-party platform algorithm changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with legal and commercial operations located in Cuttack, Odisha, India. Both parties agree to resolve disputes through good-faith mutual discussions before seeking formal legal remedies.
